Reload SIM

The Reload SIM action is performed on a SIM that may experience registration and/or connectivity issues with the current connected mobile network. To reload a SIM, do these steps:

1. Select SIMs from the sidebar menu. The SIMs table is displayed.
2. Select a SIM row and click the Actions icon.
3. Click Reload to re-register the SIM with the mobile network.

TIP: You can also reload a SIM using the Action menu located in the header of the SIM Details page.
